Annual production is about 130 000 bottles, of which red wines are represented with 50 %. In processing, we use most modern rollers, presses, barrique for integrated vinification and cooled inox cisterns, which are combined with attested traditional methods of fermentation and educating wine on sediment (sur lie) in barrique barrels. In the final stage of production, wines mature for certain period in the bottle in order to achieve optimum of quality.




Degustation room
Within the wine-cellar we have a degustation room with approximately 30 seating places, providing a comfortable and cozy environment for tasting all wines from broad scope of Bartolović production.
